Things to do
Pissouri is centrally located between Paphos and Limassol on the main A6 motorway, so easy access to these cities provides many opportunities. There are also many rural places to visit.
A car is recommended to experience more of what Cyprus has to offer, say a trip to the hill villages like Omodos or Latchi harbour for boat trips about 40 minutes away.
Omodos Village
Omodos village centered in the heart of the wine grape growing region. The monastery is beautiful and home to many sacred relics. Omodos is known for its wines, local delicacies, and silversmiths.

Latchi Harbour where fishermen still bring in the fresh catch of the morning and supply those who have got up early that day.
Tavernas litter the quayside offering the local speciality Fish Meze and still at a very good price, unlike the other harbours around the island.

A visit to the Ancient Ruins of Kourion is a must. The archaeological remains of Kourion which was one of the island’s most important city/kingdoms in antiquity are one of the most impressive on the island. Located near Kourion beach between Pissouri and Limassol and is an amazing archaeological site with wonderful photo opportunities.
The area called Ladies Mile in Limassol which is excellent for children as it is shallow and there are several beach restaurants, cafes with sun bed hire and some have inflatable play platforms in the sea.
Try a tour around the Trudos mountains where they actually get snow!
Also, have a go at some water sports, maybe some diving.
